菲鹏松山湖总部办公位于东莞松山湖台湾高新园区，项目分两期建设，围绕菲鹏生物公司现代科技、合作创新、年轻活力的企业气质，利用一期U型体块和二期L型体块，围合成相互渗透的庭院空间。通过体块的拉伸和错位，形成丰富的建筑空间。
基地分析
基地临道路面有东南西面为企业的形象界面。东临近长湖高速公路，噪声较大，对基地环境产生较大的影响。北面、南面地块的功能属性未知，对基地建筑布局有一定影响。且基地四周都为产业园区，没有可以予以利用的景观面。
庭院空间
项目利用一期U型体块和二期L型体块围合成两个相互渗透的内庭院：一期U型建筑围合而成自用办公区的庭院，二期L型建筑又与一期围合成更为开放的庭院。两庭院空间同时又与城市相互渗透。错落有致的景观使内庭院更加丰富。不同尺度体块间的错落，形成系统的景观空间。
立面分析
立面通过横向线条与竖向线条的结合，均匀干净的划分玻璃窗，形成通透的办公环境。三种不同模数竖向杆件，在建筑的各个面展开。形成整洁、大方的办公总部形象，同时每个面的表情又被赋予了变化，增强了立面的趣味性。竖向杆件为三角形，在室内为绿化盆栽的地方，优化了室内的工作环境。玻璃与格栅相结合的竖向杆件，除了丰富立面的层次外，还起到了遮阳的效果，同时调节了室内的办公环境。
Feipeng Songshan Lake Headquarters is located in the Songshan Lake Taiwan High-Tech Park, Dongguan. The project is divided into two phases, focusing on Feipeng Bio-Tech Company's modern technology, collaborative innovation, and youthful corporate culture. It utilizes a U-shaped building in the first phase and an L-shaped building in the second phase, creating interpenetrating courtyard spaces and enriching the architectural environment through the stretching and displacement of the building masses.
Site Analysis
The site faces east, south, and west roads, serving as the company's prominent interface. To the east, it is close to the Changhu Expressway, which generates significant noise and has a considerable impact on the site's environment. The functions of the north and south plots are unknown, which can affect the overall building layout. Additionally, the site is surrounded by industrial parks, offering no significant landscape features to leverage.
Courtyard Spaces
The project utilizes a U-shaped building in the first phase and an L-shaped building in the second phase, creating two interpenetrating inner courtyards: the U-shaped building in the first phase encloses a courtyard for the company's own office area, while the L-shaped building in the second phase, when combined with the first phase, forms a more open courtyard. These two courtyard spaces interact with each other while also connecting with the surrounding city. The thoughtful arrangement of landscaping elements adds richness to the inner courtyards. The interplay of building masses of varying scales creates a systematic and dynamic landscape environment.
Facade Analysis
The facades are designed with a combination of horizontal and vertical lines, evenly dividing the glass windows to create a transparent office environment. Three different modular vertical elements are employed on various faces of the building, resulting in a clean and grand headquarters image. At the same time, each face is given variations to enhance the facade's visual appeal. The triangular vertical elements serve as places for potted greenery indoors, optimizing the indoor working environment. The combination of glass and lattice in the vertical elements not only enriches the facade's layers but also provides shading and regulates the indoor office environment.
