项目定位：
全至党群服务中心位于深圳沙井街道的全至科技创新园内，由一个厂房的首层改造而成。党群中心的功能核心是服务于大众生活。因此，设计策划了以图书馆作为核心功能，辅以展览、桌球、休闲吧、党群办公、活动大台阶、共享厨房及会客厅。这些功能不仅营造了促进文化生活的空间，同时也是作为社区营造和传承沙井传统文化的空间。图书馆除了满足不同年龄及爱好的读书需求之外，也兼作自习室、亲子活动和讲座分享等多种公共用途。
 
空间意境：
空间主要用木色和黑色搭配成极简的室内风格。大台阶、坡道、空中连桥和螺旋楼梯不仅提供了步移景异的游走空间，也成为流动空间的视觉元素。渐变式的天花除了强化主空间外，也增强空间的纵深感和律动感。
 
空间布局：
结合景观视野、人流方向、周边功能、动静分区、和光线明暗，各个功能依次展开布置在两层空间里。两层通高的区域为空间的中心，通过尺度大小的变化形成抑扬空间。朝向大庭院处是最开阔最明亮的公共区域，利用台阶举办各种文化活动。多个门口的设置以及多种一二层垂直方式的联系使得内部空间成为室外街道空间的延伸，让人不经意穿梭在不同的室内外空间。
 
设计选材：
木色给人以温暖，黑色则让人平静。为了更有触摸感，整体墙面采用饰面板材料。地面是黑白小石相间的深灰色水磨石地面。金色金属漆赋予旋转钢楼梯优雅的姿态，犹如一条金绸缎从二楼飘落在地上。
 
用户体验：
全至党群中心成为沙井街道各种社区活动的举办场所。它的开放、兼容、多元使得不同的人可以在这里找到属于自己的一片文化土壤。同时，不同活动也促进了人与人之间的交流，成为社区的凝结剂，让传统文化与当代生活方式相互结合。
 
Project Positioning：
The Quanzhi Service Center for Party Members is located at Quanzhi Science and Technology Innovation Park in Shajing Street, Shenzhen.It was transformed from the first floor of an industrial building.The core program of the Service Center is to serve the public life.Therefore, the design takes the library as the core program, supplemented by exhibition, billiards, leisure bar, party office, large stairs for activities, shared kitchen and living room.These programs not only create a space to promote cultural life，but also serve as a space for community building activities and inherit the traditional culture of Shajing.In addition to meeting the reading needs of different ages and hobbies，the library is also used for various public activities such as a study room，parent-child activities and lectures.
 
Spatial mood：
The space is mainly matched with wood and black color to form a minimalist interior style.The large stair，the ramp, the aerial bridge and the spiral staircase not only provide a walking space with different scenery, but also become the visual elements of the flowing space.In addition to strengthening the main public space，the gradient ceiling also enhances the depth and rhythm of the space.
 
Space layout：
Combined with the landscape view, the direction of pedestrian flow, surrounding programs, dynamic and static partitions, and light and shade, each program is arranged in the two-story space successively.The double-height area is the center of the space, which forms the cadence space through the change of scale.Facing the large courtyard is the widest and brightest public area, using the large stairs to hold various cultural activities.The setting of multiple doorways and vertical connections between the first and second floors make the interior space become an extension of the outdoor street space, allowing people to wander between different indoor and outdoor spaces.
 
Design selection：
The Wood tones give warmth, while black is calming. In order to have a more touch feeling, the whole wall is made of decorative panel material. The ground is a dark gray terrazzo floor with black and white pebbles. The golden metallic paint gives the spiral steel staircase an elegant gesture, like a strip of gold satin falling from the second floor to the ground.
 
User Experience：
Quanzhi community Center has become an important space for various community activities in Shajing Street.Its openness, compatibility and diversity enable different people to find their own cultural soil here.At the same time, different activities also promote communication between people, making it becomes a coagulant for the community, and combines traditional culture with contemporary lifestyles.
